Mr. Hiersche's practice is devoted 100% to civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients in matters of commercial litigation, contract disputes, residential and commercial construction defects, bankrutpcy, probate and estate lititgation, personal injury, insurance bad faith, premises liablilty, and landlord/tenant disputes. He has also served as In-House counsel for a national finance company based in San Diego, California.

Mr. Hiersche is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.

Mr. Hiersche gradutated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Letters and a minor in Latin. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005 as a member of the Dean's Honor Roll.

Trial Experience

Over 250 felony jury trials in state courts of Oklahoma in cases ranging from D.U.I. to special victims unit crimes as well as more than 50 homicide trials. Highest success rate previously as a prosecutor for 24 years and now in private practice. One of the three prosecurtors who convicted Terry Lynn Nichols in the Murrah bombing trial in 2004.

Mr. Smith has practiced law in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area since 2005.  He represents clients in various aspects of commercial and civil litigation including contested probates and estates, wrongful discharge/discrimnation claims, personal injury, and property damage matters.  He also provides services related to asset protection, estate planning, and personal Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy representation.  He represents commercial clients in various aspects of commercial collections, commercial workouts, and contractual disputes.

Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2001 Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Letters.  He then graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005 Juris Doctorate and the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business in 2005 with a Masters of Business Administration.
